So I’ve built a section with remote stands. Arriving passengers cant seem to leave to air side bus stops and pass through customs. I can’t see anything wrong with the zoning. Any help/ideas is appreciated. Thanks!

This might be a dumb idea, but … have you tried zoning the whole airport as 1 terminal?

I can’t see anything wrong with the zoning, unless they are in a different terminal to where passport control is, that might be causing their pathing logic some confusion.
That road they have to cross, does it have a sidewalk and pedestrian crossing for the pax to walk on? Basically, can they reach and cross the road?
