Game freezes every 4-5 seconds

Btw i just noticed,this does not happen on my other saves

no, they are not and actually there is a huge difference between them.

this is my airport where it does not freeze

and the airport where it freezes and i have noticed that it freezes for around 10 secs so i pretty much cant do anything and when it freezes and i click on the airport,i get this notification
