I cannot save the game. Every time I press the save button it has no response. I tried to reinstall the game but the problem was still here. I can only save the game by autosave every 5 minutes.

Does it affect every save or just your current airport?

every save has the same problem even a new game
The crash log might be interesting.
That should be somewhere in
C:\Users\ YOUR USER NAME \AppData

Also do you use lots of mods?
It is working now but it just needs to take a longer time to save
