Fuelling Planes, trucks aren't moving

Planes are coming in and everything is working apart from Re-Fuelling planes.

See below, all my planes show 0% Re-fuelling in progress and never fuel up.

  • I have fuelling trucks (too many in my opinion)
  • Ample staff
  • Fuel in the Fuelling Tanks

See below screenshot.

Anyone?

Incorrect fuel type. Unless you have Jet A1 somewhere else?

Have you enabled refueling?

Have you unlocked the Avgas or JetA1 (or both) service in the procurement tab? If yes, make sure you turn on the refuelling service in the operations tab and that you have the right fuel type as stated above.
