(First) Custom Air Ambulance

After testing several times (along with resolving some network issues), I’ve finally uploaded the (first) custom air ambulance for ACEO: the Royal Flying Doctor Services of Australia!

Here’s a proof that it works.

EDIT: Just tested in latest default build, air ambulance selection is now randomized, so no need to disable default companies. Thanks Fredrik!
