The answer to your question is Yes. Achievements don’t work in savegames from the Workshop.

I do not see serious reasons to produce topics. Started playing on an old computer, when he assembled a new one, i am made transferring savegames it through Steam. Yesterday I read here, in the old messages, that achievements do not work for 4 reasons, but the answer was dated a long time ago, however, it does not matter.
