Can't connect airside shuttle stops to remote gate across crosswalk [SOLVED]

Hi, i’ve not played airport ceo in a while but I started building a new airport. I’ve been trying to connect a airside shuttle bus stop to a medium remote gate, but it keeps saying connection not possible. Im trying to do it where its connected to the terminal across a service road which I’ve seen pictures of people doing, but it wont let me.

I’ve tested the connection with a remote gate further away thats flush with the terminal and that connections fine but I’m not sure why this setup isn’t functioning! Any help is appreciated! :slight_smile:

Hi

When you click on the boarding desk, use page down to switch to the ground floor. Then you should be able to connect the objects.
