I usually build 4 stops in front of the secondary terminal and 8 in front of the main terminal, although this seems to cause a bottleneck, where pax go to bus stops, and busses go to other stops while those guys wait forever for another bus.
Is it better just to build a single bus stop and multiple car parks?
I hope that those bus shelters start being used as well, because the bus queue can range way back across the street and back into the terminal.
IIRC, bus stops work on a distance basis and crowd basis, so the closest bus stop would have the most queue, followed by other stops.
Though there is also a diminishing return, as there is a maximum number of bus stops before they stop being effective. Depending on the number of stands, some people peg bus stops at a maximum of 8.
