The game works ok, except if I go for the first time to windows and then back to the game.
The game still works ok then but, the searchfield in the e-mail is blocking out the inbox information, see the picture down below.
Also a red seat appears in the top left corner that is blocking out the top building options.
Hopefully you can fix this after-go-to-windows-bug!
Switch to the experimental branch, your resolution should be supported there! 
(Including tabbing in and tabbing out…) - get back to me here with the results, if possible.
Olof, I did as you said. And it works perfect now! What does this mean? You already fixed it and I should just keep playing experimental version?
Good to hear! For now you can stay on the experimental branch, yes, it’s identical to the default expect for these UI changes. It’ll get update more a long the way and eventually the version on the experimental branch will become Alpha 25 on the default branch but if you want to play the game with this UI update you will have to remain on the experimental branch until then!
