I had four airlines that were at 100% satisfaction. With the 24.4 update, all satisfactions dropped up to 30 points.
If I recall correctly the devs tweaked the satisfaction system a little so it wouldn’t be too easy.
Previously it was possible to get an airline up to 100% after just 1 day. Just play a bit more and it should rise again

Same here, after a while it picks up again.
The autoplanner makes it more difficult though, I get better results planning manually (less delays).
Yeah, it would be nice if we were able to adjust the time between flights. That would deal with most delays
