Cant depart my plane.

like turn the runway off and on
buy push back truck
it doesnt work at all
Make sure your runway is open, on the screenshot it’s closed. Also add a holding point at both ends of the runway where they meet the taxiway. Just right click on the last node of the taxiway. Make sure your taxiway nodes are connected to the runway nodes

As a last resort you could use the f10 menu abd reset the aircraft nodes
