Boarding causes mass delays

Do you have automated boarding gates? If not, then PAX must wait for passenger service agents to start boarding. Also, is the first post a response to my post?

That’s because only two of the boarding desks are connected to the stand. The Pax will only use those two desks. It takes a certain amount of time for each of the pax to go through the desk, but that is quite short. If you want boarding to go faster, then add more boarding desks and connect them to the correct stand.
