Belt loader not being unloaded

Hi,
I have a really great airport I feel, and the baggage system works really well, until it come to the bit where the bags arrive or try to leave the aircraft.
I have the baggage truck, and a belt loader, they arrive at the aircraft, the belt loader starts bringing the baggage down, the baggage truck sits and waits… And waits, and waits, and the baggage just piles up at the bottom of the loader!
Meanwhile the outbound baggage truck arrives and never gets near the aircraft because the inbound baggage hasn’t left yet!
I have plenty ramp staff, passenger service agents etc and have accessible service car stops if more ramp agents need to get to the aircraft.
Any ideas?

Hi

Do you work with remote gates or are the stands attached to the terminal?
Best would be to show a screenshot of your stand and where the ramp agents are. Including active zone overlay (z key).
I assume that there is a bit of secure zone missing so that the ramp agents can’t enter the stand.

Here is my ramp agent access / service car entry point - they drive round the road to get to the stands…

Either build a door on ground level so that the ramp agents can enter the stand or provide an access to the 1st level so that they can enter the stand by using the jetbridge. Then it should work.

From ground level they have no way to enter those stands:

Also keep ramp agents always within the secure area. They don’t have any job in public areas. So it’s wasted time when they always have to pass security.

I have a similar problem. From time to time a stand is affected by this. Namely, the bagagge gets unloaded on the bagage truck, but the truck never leaves the stand for the bagage bay. It is only when i reload the game that the bagagehandeling continues, otherwise the plane will get delayed basicly for ever, or until i reload the game.
The Bagage truck you see in the picture carries the unloaded bagage and hasn’t moved from the stand in the direction of its bagage bay since unloading the bagage. I have 1 bagage truck per stand, so that one bagage truck has to unload and load the bagage.

I am pretty sure it is a bug because most of the time, bagagehandeling functions promptly.
