Baggage scanning

Still tinkering with baggage scanners. I know, there’s no reward/penalty as yet but it’s WIP for later.
I’m looking at 3 main systems, as per diagram attached.
First scanner is the general belt scanner, then there’s the bank of 5 specific scanners looking for organics, guns, money, drugs, explosives. Finally the manual scanner for closer check of anything suspect.

  1. None shall pass. This has the highest bag cull rate as anything suspect gets destroyed, no second chances. Anything remotely suspect is taken to the destroyer and given no second chance. I’ve seen quite a few bags of innocent clothes bite the dust in this setup. Can’t help customer relations.

  2. Halfway house. General suspect items are given a second look by the manual scanner, while any specific threats are taken directly to their own destroyer. Not entirely sure what the point of the first scanner would be in this set up.

  3. Lenient but leaky; bags failing both the first and second scanners can still be allowed by the final scanner and get back onto the flight. A bit too kind as often some dodgy stuff detected by scanners 1 and 2 can get let back on again by scanner 3. System is favoured by Columbian drug barons and arms dealers.
