I got the same thing while teweaking bag collector carusel. Im not sure why, but it dissappeard.
Now that’s a “huge” error. Did it appear after 0.22.0? or is it that u have made some zoning/construction mistake.
I had never seen it until .22
When you zoom in, it doesn’t shrink either.
I’d suggest reporting it as a bug on the website. when did the error start?
Lol jesus christ that scaling does not work at all on those icons. The icon occurs when a bag cannot make it to its destination, but I’ve never seen that size before… 
… can you file a bug report on the save?
Oh man… sorry. I just saw this and am trying the beta versions. I didn’t save the old one.
I got the same…and shamefully found out that I connected the belts wrongly (some sections going wrong way). Zoom in closely and check for faulty sections. Maybe that helps.
