Baggage bay limit

Ok now that the baggage bay has a stand limit I have a couple questions.

  1. I need a claim area for each bay correct? I can not assign multiple bays to the same claim area right.

  2. Has anyone tried using a single scanning center with tier 1, 2, and 3 and once it passes the scanning process use a tilt tray to route the bay, or do we need a scanning center for each bay like claim area?

Hey arawn,

  1. Yes you do need at least as many claim areas as bays; nevertheless, you can assign multiple claim areas to one bay. The baggage will be splitted.

  2. I do always have only one scanning centre, and then tilt trays to the different bays; as it it way to expensive for me to run more. But pay attention, that you do not mix up scanned and “secure” baggage with “unsecure” bags!
