Does anyone have issues with the auto scheduler scheduling flights in the past, like time has already passed and it’s scheduling the flight so my flights end up late. Additionally, my auto scheduler isn’t scheduling flights quickly and it results in having few flights, maybe 50/200 flights on the auto scheduler.

Yes, scheduling in the past so flights are instantly 8 hours behind schedule and double booking are issues the auto planner may have if your build is large.
Does this only happen on very large airports?
I have a very large airport yes, 30+ gates.
What parameters do you call very large?
