Assign 2 baggage trucks to a stand

I cant assign multiple baggage trucks to a stand
when i do it it automatically unassigns after a minute or two

That’s correct. Only one can be assigned.
For departure bags I would anyway recommended to have baggage trucks parked close to the baggage bay. That can save a lot of time.
