Just curious if anyone has actually seen passengers or staff using the hand dryers. I have seen them use the sinks, urinals, or toilets, but never a hand dryer. Do we actually need them in the bathrooms?

They aren’t being used.
But it is possible that they have a decorative effect and increase rating. Similar to plants.
So it’s just for decorations only. Oh yes
Correct, as of the current version of Airport CEO they count towards your decorative score but are not expressly used by persons.
