Strange. When the DLC is installed, the new stand is where the other stands are located.

Very strange, have not heard of any issues with this. Did you reboot the game after getting the DLC?

But is there only a vintage middle sized stand? I thought since there are small planes as well, there would be a vintage small sized stand too.

Yes, only medium stands.
