Airport CEO Beta 1 released

This makes me wonder; if you make make the road to the right go round about to the stand through the apron, then add in a small intersection just to the right of the parking lot, would they instead turn to the intersection and do an u-turn there? My guess is they don’t.

When you happen to build taxiway, close to the outside fence and an animal is on the other side of the fence, the animal still gives blockage to the taxiway. Seems they have 2 blocks influence radius? Is this intended behavior? An then, when you have a patrol, on the block next to the fence, with the animal on the other side, no action it taken.

So, the plane should not be hindered, or the patrol should take care of the animal. But now it feels inconsistent.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think something is off about the achievements. Only 6.5% of players have the first takeoff achievement. That is very low amount

Realize that due to versioning, only current builds count, all old save loads dont.

Actually no, only experimental saves don’t count, if the save was saved on the default branch, it will get achievments.

No, I think that numbers’ correct. Considering the relatively low amount of players, plus the fact that old saves don’t count for achievements.

Why? As one who routinely builds Terminals that are rectangular with a narrow side less than 16 blocks in width (usually 10-12), this is restricting my creative flair…

I assumed this referred to terminal areas when designating mulitple terminals, not a physical terminal building.

In which case, the text should read ‘Terminal Zones’?

Just done a test in a save, it is terminal areas that need to be 16x16 now

Correct, it’s a bit wonky, will be more balanced.

Correct, you’re not allowed to have terminal zone areas smaller than 16 by 16 as it caused a variety of issues including players having 1 by 1 “terminals” with employees assgined that the couldn’t see. Obviously doesn’t affect terminal foundation.
