Correct, customs is usually after the baggage claim if it’s an international terminal. But we do not have customs in ACEO (yet).
But the current solution is currently very good I think to solve the two different setups.

Been having an issue that when I try to separate arriving passengers out from the departing passengers, occasionally the arriving passengers will go into the departure area to use the nearest bathroom. I have placed a wall one tile from the left of the Jetway, however they seem to circumvent this wall and just for to the right. Also have observed passengers going back into the jetway and around the wall to get out.

EDIT: Anything on ground floor is invisible. I think this a bug.
Problem I am having is no international bag claim, is this going to be done? More importantly arriving pax do not come out of the jetway? This is a prebuilt airport that was working, have just internationalled the whole airport. Departing pax are all ok.
Make sure you zone secure and international under the Jetway. Those 4 blocks are important, trust me
You can use the “domestic” baggage claim. It just has not been renamed yet.
