In alpha 36, emergencies can occure random. One of those events are air ambulances requesting for an emergency landing.
According to the devs it should be possible to spawn them by manual (not sure if it’s part of the default version or coming later).

I thought that it would be nice if we had some variety in airlines from Balkans, so if someone has some spare time it would be great to see these airlines in the game:
Air Srpska (only operated ATR72),
B&H Airlines ( Defunct Bosnian flag carrier operated ATR72, B734 and A319),
Centavia (short-lived LCC based in Serbia operated BAe 146),
Air Croatia (ATR42)
MAT Macedonian Airlines (operated CRJ900 and B735)

Does anyone plan on doing the old United livery from 2011-2019? dawed made a excellent pack with the new livery but it would be nice to have the one most planes still have.
