I’m always seen warning in game:
“A person can’t leave secure area…”
and passenger can’t find a path check in desk outside of the airport

The issue here is pretty simple.
There is no secure zone leading to the exit. The area NOT in red is where the passenger and staff WILL NOT go into, hence they are stuck, because the way to the exit is not secure.
Put a secure zone in front of the exit and the issue should dissappear.

You should also remove the staff zone there
