Where to find ACEO saves on my computer? [Solved]

Do you guys know if ACEO saves are saved locally or by cloud?
If they are cloud, how do I make them local.
If they are local, where can I find them? What is the main file called?

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apoapsis Studios\Airport CEO\Saves
