Weather emergencies always graded F and fined 25k

Hey,

Raised bug 38146.

I keep getting emails with Emergency resolutions. For Weather emergencies we always get lowest grade and highest fine. I mean - what can you do about the weather?!

Please fix.

You have to build a weather control machine and set it to “clear weather”.

MHmm, ok, maybe it’s not so silly at all. I do not have any Weather Station built. Is weather station preventing the weather emergencies?

@kjurczenia, @OKChris was joking which shouldn’t be made in such a support topic. I am sure developers will take a look at your bug report and they will release a fix on oncoming releases.

Haha, a pretty fun bug to be honest, but not very realistic so I’ve patched it for beta 4.0-3…
