Great tutorial really helps get to get to grips with a great game. Apologies if already posted but I notice at Step 3 of International Airport Tutorial when asking to unlock the baggage handling service, I hadn’t yet appointed a COO which is a pre-requisite. Just me or is there a step missing in the tutorial? Minor I know.
