Im working on an airport in Norway as an Ramp agent (Baggage handler). The thing you miss is a high loader. its a machine/car to load heavy cargo on cargo planes.
I dont know what its called in english but its a car to emty the toilett on the planes, and a water car to fill the planes with water. The ramp agents do this.
It would have been very cool to give the ramp agents glow stick so they can perform marshalling.
The night time restrictions should be opened as soon as you put lights on the runway. Many airports in the world who have night flight.
In real life the Ramp agent are allowed to drive on the taxiway and runway if you have clearance from ATC
