What are the optimal requirements for different staff?

Example format:

Staff type: Security/Airport/Ramp Agent/Service Technician/Janitor
Required Attribute: Logic/Friendliness/Computer/Stress

So far only Security has requirements that are implemented. Logic and Stress are their primary attributes.
