What about:
Remote stand operations for commercial flights with airside bus ops to the terminal (would need a terminal bus station too)
Ground traffic yielding to a/c (and people)
Wing adjacency on the ramp and taxiways
The last item is up to you, just make your taxiways wider. I do 7 for medium aircraft and the biggest planes just barely fit within that taxiway. I have also done 9 and it looks much better, but takes up a lot more space on my map tile.
