Hello everyone! For some reason I can’t find a floor change for conveyer belts. Where is it?
As of the R&D update, building above or below ground floor is something that has to get unlocked in the R&D panel.

As stated you need to use administrators to research it. Specifically you need to research the commercial license, once you have successfully researched that you can research the ‘floor construction permit’. The floor construction permit unlocks the conveyor belt lifts (and everything else you need to build on a level that isn’t the ground floor).
