Press F10, deselect “simulate construction” and “simulate goods” or something (dont have the game at work)
This way building is done in an instant without the need of construction workers.
Delete the new road and create a new road, the new one is placed in an instant, should help get ur cars moving again.
It’s a sort of god mode
Dont forget to check the 2 boxes again
