Shops problem(this is for my dad)

Hi! Recently my dad,who is a avid aceo player, reported that he dislikes that for example, he wants to get a 4 star restaurant and he makes a room.but if.he is 2 square meters short, he cant just expand it or divide the room. Then he had to delete the room for the same process to happen vice versa. I hope you guys can help me and my dad

While it is required to delete the room, the objects within the room can be kept. Hopefully the ability to expand existing rooms will come along with irregular shaped rooms.
