What bug number is this? Have you tried with the most recent update?
Oh yeah, the main menu has very litte performance requirements. The smoke does generate a lot of particles but any modern GPU should be able to handle that fine.
For the price of a macbook, you can buy a strong PC 
So I lost my save because I uninstalled and reinstalled the game to the stable version, so didn’t file a report for this.
You are right, since the most recent update the zoning is working a lot better. I’m building it up one gate at a time, but there are hardly any notifications and touch wood it’s staying at a pretty healthy 20FPS.

Ugh new hotfix has been dropped, cant load past the loading businesses on new map…yawn!
