It would be awesome feature to be added… You can make closed taxiways when a runway/taxiway construction going or make closed taxiway where planes dosent taxi.

Just to add a stone to the bucket… All parallel runways have the same markings (e.g. 27, 27, 27). We could (just an idea!) limit number to 3 for each orientation and introduce the 27L, 27C and 27R markings.

Sure thing. Although the runway direction will not change, this would be a nice workaround to “pretend” they are a bit angled (?!). 
That is basically the real life solution. DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth International) has 5 parallel runways; 36L, 36R, 35L, 35C, and 35R.
