Remote stand do not work when bus is late

Hello,

I submit a bug report this morning ACEO - 31862. I would like to add more information about it.

How to reproduce :
The bus must arrive after the start time of boarding.

if you save and reload your airport then the pax are boarding.

If the bus arrive before the start time of boarding then the boarding works as expected.
