just wondering when it is released will it be available first second or would there be like a buffer period. i wanna purchase it the first available second sooo.
not entirely sure what you mean by “first second” but it would seem like the way the game is set up on the steam store that it will be available for purchase as soon as it unlocks for play, on the date and time stated on the website and steam store.

It will probably be released exactly on that day and time. You see the game is already their ready to download. the timer on the website only their to know exactly when it unlocks. All you would have to do is just reload your page when the time comes.
