Is there any way to reduce information desk staff down to 1? I think one person would be enough at my small airport. Also, I cant seem to click onto the information desk to change anything (unlike boarding desks).

yeah would be a good idea Matt , cant do it yet though. i would safely assume this will come in later patch/es
Hopefully, future updates will also make the information desk (and the level of staff) have a greater effect on passenger satisfaction too.
