Are ramp agents needed if you are not doing baggage? I setup small stands and opened them for commercial with no baggage bays as I have not researched them yet and needed to start making money. Everything is running great but I have two questions…
Do I need ramp agents with no baggage?
Is this why I am getting a low rating; not doing baggage?
You need ramp agents if you want to do a service round. That is the ‘Enable service round’ option under the Operations tab.
Don’t worry about the reputation just yet, it doesn’t actually do anything at this time

OK if ramp agent service rounds is disabled I do not need any service agents; great thanks
