my airport has 12 large stands and 1 runaway and i want to know is it possible to have 2 of them so all the flights don’t collide with each other or does it matter
You can have multiple runways and it will generally improve the amount of aircraft that can operate through your airport.

I’ve found having 2 mediums which handle my GA, small and medium commercials arrivals and departures separately with 1 large runway handling my big birds is enough to take care of my airports.
one for taking off and one for landing, same directions, keep the aircraft moving in the same direction
