I have a load of passengers just sitting around and not leaving when they get their baggage. They are after the secure zone and can easily get on the bus but all of them choose to sit and wait for nothing. My airport is filling up with these people. What is going on?
I deleted the seats and now they’re gone. Nevermind.

Did you bug report this? It might be a failed-activity timer issue I thought was fixed but by your story it sounds like there might be some issue left.
