I was wondering if I could let planes cross runways to get to other ones similar to real life and if it is possible then how?
It is possible. You can set runways departure or arrival. According to taxiing paths you can set which runways to serve to which stands (runways have to have separated taxiway connection with stands), Also you can set which aircrafts to land to which runway (GA, Small commercial, medium commercial or large commercial which will come in future)

They can. They can do both; taxi to cross runway and use runway as taxiway to reach to the other runway they will use.
