Employees do not try to claim jobs they’ve once failed with and before they consider a job failed they try multiple times. Do you have any pathing issues or other problems with employees or passengers reaching that area?
No path issues. Probably just not enough employees, because I use this “jobs available” number as a measurement to decide whether to hire new ones.
Why is this still 0 here if the jobs are not claimed?
Not sure, would need a lot more information to debug the situation. We do not currently have any widespread issues with employees not doing their jobs so there’s either a design issue that’s not obvious enough or a very specific bug.
You have the number. I’m meanwhile trying to solve the issue by hiring. But it’s a bit hard to get decent personnel nowadays.
Well, it’s the school system that’s broken, they just don’t educate people well enough these days but I guess the politicians will never realize that…
