Fuel tank and fuel depot

Hello I have an issue that I cant place a fuel depot or tank, I am in easiest mode and with sandbox on and cant see it in the building menu. I neither get contracts for fuel(tested waiting over 20 mins) I dont know if this is just a glicht or an bug or its Maybe be just me missing something.

Have you unlocked it in the procurement panel? Economy → Procurement, then unlock either AvGas or Jet A1

U need to unlock them? to be able to build?

Yes, then you will need to also purchase fuel trucks from there.

Before you do make sure you have a checkpoint, and a vehicle depot
