This idea probably works better when there are more features (and probably master contracts)
In addition to flight contracts airlines negotiate “enhanced cooperation” contracts. Extra cash for preferred stands (eg if airline x prefers to use stand 1, they pay an extra amount (as per enhanced contract) than if the flight was allocated to stand 2). I’m not sure what the preference should be based on. Also allow access to lounges, fast track security etc (when implemented). For added complexity each potential contract may not request all of the potential features but offer less top up fees (eg. only wants preferred stand, wants security fast track and lounge access but doesn’t matter about stand) .
