Bug: Negotiation Points back to Zero after loading savegame

I’m not sure if this has been discussed before, but I think I’ve read it before. After I loaded a savegame, my negotiation points were back to zero. Does anyone have this bug too? Yes, I have reported the bug, but it hasn’t been visible on Trello yet
