Bus at busstop, passenger boarding, cant unstuck passenger or bus from F10 menu.
Closed busstop, did not help.
Deleted busstop, did not help.
Just out of curiosity, why do you post it here if you already added it to Jira? 
Because not everyone reads Jira listings, and a lot of people read forums, so then people do not double post bugs.
