Looks busy 
I’d say: change the floor tiles (i don’t like the dark grey color).
Also, maybe a few plants here and there?

One suggestion though:
on the bottom right corner with the service roads, (with Alpha 31) you could do road tunnels and make it less airplane-crash-into-vehicle-y.
