Ok reported the bug: ACEO-27587
So in relation to the “311 ramp agents” posts I decided to try and see if I could figure out some more. I started a new airport, single terminal, have 9 stands (5 small 4 medium) … had all jobs equalized or in surplus, cars and people. As soon as I designated it “terminal 1” the job claiming stopped working.
you need to fully highlight all of your stands
Ok didn’t know that just assumed they were assigned when it said I had the stands attached to the terminal 8n the terminal info section.
Will do that when I get home from work
Fixing this now by making sure that the counter looks at the stand’s position and not it’s boarding desk’s position (which is the case now).
as of latest update 35.3.13 if now recognizes stands not boarding. Ramp agents and security report as expected once stands are included in the terminal.
